About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intake Specialist to join our team at DiPasquale Moore, LLC. As an Intake Specialist, you will play a vital role in our firm's success by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full intake process from initial contact to client sign-up, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a smooth transition to our attorneys.
  • Answer inbound calls from potential clients, educate them on our firm's capabilities, and work collaboratively with attorneys to determine case eligibility.
  • Follow up with potential clients to address any questions or concerns, and coordinate with investigators and attorneys for in-home client visits and initial consultations when necessary.
  • Work closely with other Intake team members to balance workload and contribute to the team's overall success.
  • Actively impact the Intake team's results in achieving weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
  • Safeguard client privacy and confidentiality, and manage multiple calendars and referral databases.
