Key Responsibilities- Manage the full intake process from initial contact to client sign-up, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a smooth transition to our attorneys.
- Answer inbound calls from potential clients, educate them on our firm's capabilities, and work collaboratively with attorneys to determine case eligibility.
- Follow up with potential clients to address any questions or concerns, and coordinate with investigators and attorneys for in-home client visits and initial consultations when necessary.
- Work closely with other Intake team members to balance workload and contribute to the team's overall success.
- Actively impact the Intake team's results in achieving weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- Safeguard client privacy and confidentiality, and manage multiple calendars and referral databases.
- A quick thinker with strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
