Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative Bilingual to join our team at Marin Community Clinics. As a key member of our call center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and other callers, navigating services, and answering questions on behalf of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with other clinic staff to assist callers in obtaining answers to their questions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Research required information using accessible resources and provide accurate and up-to-date information to patients.
  • Route tasks and inbound calls to appropriate departments and manage urgent calls as they arise.
  • Notify appropriate personnel of any scheduling changes caused by patient cancellations and manage priority issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • High School degree required; College education a plus.
  • 1+ years of relevant call center/customer service experience in a healthcare environment highly desired.
  • Previous experience with Electronic Health Records (EPIC) preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, written and verbally.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills required for this role.
