About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Wedgewood Village Pharmacy, LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide kind, empathetic, and patient service to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest changes to enhance customer service and overall team performance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent required; pharmacy technician license in the state of California preferred.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or contact center environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Language: Bilingual Spanish skills a plus.
