Alaska Corporate Sales Director Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Director to lead our sales team at The Wildbirch Hotel in Alaska. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that meet or exceed booking goals.

About the Role: Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in building strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and working closely with the marketing team to promote the hotel's offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed booking goals
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote the hotel's offerings
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and presentations
  • Conduct site inspections and familiarization tours to promote the hotel
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
