Exciting Opportunity for a Product Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Sales Manager to join our team at Girl Scouts of Alaska. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing the Fall Product Program and the Girl Scout Cookie Program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in developing and executing product sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet customer needs. You will work closely with staff, volunteers, and vendors to ensure successful program implementation and achievement of council goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product sales strategies to increase revenue and meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and vendors to implement program logistics and ensure successful execution
  • Analyze sales data and develop reports to inform future sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including girls, parents, volunteers, and vendors
  • Maintain accurate records and data on sales performance, customer interactions, and program metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, and at least 3 years of progressively responsible related experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with ability to develop sales forecasts, plans, and budgets
  • Experience with database tools and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
