Seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the charge in revenue growth at The Wildbirch Hotel. As Director of Sales, you will spearhead sales efforts to drive bookings and maximize room revenue, catering to both business and leisure clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Solicit, negotiate, and secure new and repeat business through various channels, including outside sales calls, telemarketing, referrals, property tours, networking, and more.
  2. Manage Group and Catering Sales, fostering strong relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders to meet/exceed revenue goals.
  3. Develop, implement, monitor, and control the group and catering sales annual budget and marketing plan, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competition.
  4. Promote company programs and direct operations in alignment with hotel policies and procedures, ensuring quality customer service and revenue growth.
  5. Cultivate relationships with key corporate, business, and travel industry accounts, community organizations, and professional associations to increase market share.
  6. Stay abreast of industry developments, technologies, and best practices, serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of top sales leadership experience in a hotel/hospitality environment or related position.
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing leadership, overseeing all related functions for an upscale or boutique/luxury property.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of travel trade industry, group markets, and leisure segment, including key contacts.
