Job Summary
As a key member of our leadership team, the Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing the internal medicine department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving clinical excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, clinical expertise, and administrative skills.
Requirements
- Board-certified/eligible Internal Medicine Physician or Family Practice
- Current leadership and clinical inpatient experience
- Proven track record of implementing metrics/goals
- Strong administrative and team-building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Alaska licensure
