Job Description: As a Hotel Front Desk Manager at Month2Month, you will be responsible for leading our team and driving exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Oversee daily property operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and develop hotel staff to foster a positive work environment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional service. Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Develop programs and services that enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with Property Managers, housekeeping, maintenance, and materials vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a general manager role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and sales strategies.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
