We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic dealers to join our team at Ameristar Casino Hotel East Chicago. As a dealer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing games, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide fast, flawless, and personalized service to players
- Maintain knowledge of all aspects of the games dealt
- Ensure payouts are made quickly and accurately
- Fill and credit tables by verification of cheques
- Opens and closes tables according to established guidelines and procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of Dealers School or six (6) months of experience as a dealer with at least two (2) high-volume, main games (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, etc.) required
- Must have strong verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledgeable of applicable state gaming laws and regulations
- Starting rates from $6.50 to $9.00 per hour based on your game knowledge
- Day 1 benefits for full-time dealer hires
- Up to $5,000 in bonuses available for newly hired experienced dealers
- Paid training at our on-site training academy
