Sr. Dealer Enablement Manager

Sunrun is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Dealer Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Partnerships team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion through effective dealer enablement and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Dealer Enablement: Develop and execute strategies to empower dealers to effectively sell Sunrun's products, including training, sales support, and performance analysis.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with dealer leaders, managers, and reps to drive successful top-of-funnel activities and conversions.
- Onboarding and Support: Serve as the first point of contact for ongoing onboarding needs, training, and escalations for new reps and dealers.
- Communication and Market Insights: Keep the Affiliate rep network informed of market trends, product strategies, and opportunities for enhanced sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in dealer or affiliate partnership enablement, with a track record of driving successful sales initiatives.
- Willingness to commit to approximately 50% travel for field engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
