Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Eastern region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a network of dealers and distributors in the Eastern region to promote sales of Topcon products.
  • Assist dealers in providing sales training to their staff on Topcon technology and products.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Prospect for new dealers and distributors in the region.
  • Work with dealers to demonstrate products and provide technical support.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for dealers and distributors.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Topcon products.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience and training.
  • 2-5 years of business-to-business sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Personable and able to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Sales-focused with a strong background in sales and marketing.
  • Strong construction industry knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
