Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Sales Support. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating client interaction, and maintaining a positive and inviting showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide warm and sincere welcomes to clients as they enter and leave the showroom
    • Facilitate client interaction with Sales and Design Consultants and Customer Service
    • Ensure clients receive a quote within 24 hours for material selection
  • Showroom Management
    • Maintain a positive and inviting showroom atmosphere
    • Ensure tile samples are properly stored and the reception area is clean
    • Responsible for opening and closing the showroom according to established procedures
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Enter client information and log traffic in Salesforce
    • Distribute walk-in customers to Sales & Design Consultants per guidelines
    • Process sample check-outs via Salesforce
  • Communication
    • Communicate with customers via email and in person
    • Write quotes and check stock for Sales Design Consultants
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Generate daily reports to management
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Maintain a positive and inviting attitude with customers
  • Develop rapport with major accounts
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of sign-in reports
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
