Responsibilities:
  • Maintain organized sample files and ensure the showroom's efficient operation.
  • Track inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.

  • Update client account lists and maintain detailed sample logs within internal databases.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Warmly welcome and greet visitors.

  • Provide administrative support for managing social media accounts.
Qualifications:
