Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Sales Support. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for clients as they enter and leave our showrooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and valued
  • Facilitate client interaction with our Sales and Design Consultants and Customer Service team
  • Manage client sign-in and information recording accurately
  • Distribute walk-in customers to Sales & Design Consultants as per guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email and in-person
  • Assist with quote preparation and stock checks for Sales Design Consultants
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to a clean and organized showroom environment
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required
  • Order showroom supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Conduct price checks and stock inventory checks
  • Process sample check-outs and hand out marketing materials
  • Ensure all clients are helped and satisfied

Deliverables

  • Meet sales targets and achieve key performance indicators
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily reports and sign-in records
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
