About the Brand Ambassador Position:

As a Brand Ambassador for TopView Sightseeing, you will be the face and voice of our brand, responsible for promoting our services and enhancing our visibility and reputation. Your primary role will be to engage with potential customers, tourists, and local communities to drive awareness and interest in our sightseeing tours and packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Engagement: Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, providing them with essential information about our services.
  • Customer Support: Assist guests with any queries or concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate with colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to execute day-to-day operations.
  • Equipment Management: Be responsible for company equipment and ensure its proper use.
  • Safety and Security: Monitor the safety of employees and guests, adhering to company protocols.
  • Reporting: Submit various reports as assigned, providing valuable insights for business improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Engage diverse audiences, articulate key selling points effectively, and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues, demonstrating a strong ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Washington, D.C.: Familiarity with local attractions, landmarks, and tourist hotspots is preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is advantageous but not required.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with the potential for remote or offsite assignments.

Location: Washington, D.C.

Pay Rate: $20.50

Job Type: Part-Time

Scheduling: Must be able to work weekends and holidays
