Job Summary:

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dining Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a Server in our community restaurant, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Residents to Their Tables: Greet residents warmly and escort them to their designated tables, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Present Menus and Assist with Drink Selection: Present menus to residents, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selection to ensure their needs are met.
  • Communicate Resident Orders: Utilize our state-of-the-art point of sale system to accurately communicate resident orders to the kitchen staff.
  • Complete Dining Room Opening and Closing Duties: Perform all necessary opening and closing duties as established by your community, ensuring a clean and organized dining environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Possess a big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Food Service Experience: Currently hold a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
