We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ambassador of Joy. As a key member of our scoop shop team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve Customers with a Smile: Provide prompt and courteous service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience in our store.
  • Maintain a Clean and Welcoming Environment: Keep our store clean and organized, including the scoop shop, storage areas, and restrooms.
  • Support Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Operate Point of Sale System: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with inventory management, restock supplies, and complete other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of our store.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
