Ambulatory Pain Specialist

The University of Kentucky is seeking a skilled Ambulatory Pain Specialist to join its multidisciplinary healthcare team. As an integral member of the team, the successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and education, with a focus on ensuring a safe and quality care environment. They will demonstrate advanced medical and nursing knowledge, clinical and technical competency, sound clinical judgment, and professionalism in interpersonal and general communication skills.
The Ambulatory Pain Specialist will be responsible for managing the needs of the identified patient population, working closely with outpatient testing groups, and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. They will also be responsible for ongoing professional development and competency validation.

Requirements:
