Job Summary

The Acute Pain Advanced Practice Provider (APP) plays a vital role in the acute care hospital setting, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care. This position requires a strong foundation in pain management, with a focus on providing comprehensive care to patients in the inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized pain management plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' pain needs and develop effective treatment strategies
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on pain management techniques and strategies
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes
