Nesco Resource is seeking a PEGA Business Analyst:

The core responsibility of this role involves assessing user requirements and devising technological solutions to address those needs.

Required Experience:
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years in business analysis.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Use Case Development.
  • A minimum of 4 years as a PEGA Business Analyst.
  • Extensive experience in a software development organization.
  • Managing functional software requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Collaborating with users and stakeholders to gather and document software solution requirements.
  • Configuration and deployment of enterprise-level software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a bridge between Business and Technology teams, translating technical concepts for non-technical members.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders to gather user stories and convert them into business requirements.
  • Exhibit creativity and initiative in problem-solving.
  • Comprehend the business vision and translate it into technological impacts and solutions.
  • Work with Technology teams to devise solutions that fulfill Business needs.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Assume multiple roles as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Possess solid experience in business process modeling and change management.
  • Document requirements, functional designs, and lead test execution effectively.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to identify business challenges.
  • Capture functional software requirements and translate them into user stories.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers and stakeholders for backlog reviews.
  • Participate in Agile sprints and planning activities.
  • Support Agile teams and processes as required.
  • Define acceptance criteria for solutions and assist in software testing.
  • Publish software release notes and maintain product documentation.
  • Develop and sustain training materials for solutions.
  • Integrate best practices into current workflows.
  • Support customer success teams as needed.
  • Create wireframe designs for functional requirements.
  • Conduct training on processes and products as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • An IT technical background is advantageous.
