Key Responsibilities:
  1. Requirements Analysis:
    Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document their automation needs. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current business operations to pinpoint areas ripe for automation and enhancement. Convert business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for RPA implementations.
  2. Process Mapping:
    Create thorough process diagrams and workflows to depict both existing and future operational states. Generate extensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and testing protocols.
  3. RPA Solution Development:
    Collaborate closely with the RPA development team to architect and implement automation solutions utilizing top-tier RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). Ensure that automation solutions are aligned with business goals and adhere to technical standards and best practices. Participate in the testing and validation phases of RPA solutions to confirm their precision and effectiveness.
  4. Project Management:
    Oversee the complete lifecycle of RPA projects, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely delivery of automation initiatives. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement:
    Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the RPA development team, ensuring clear and effective communication. Provide training and support to end-users on newly deployed RPA solutions. Collect feedback from stakeholders to continuously refine RPA solutions and processes.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    Assess the performance of implemented RPA solutions and identify opportunities for enhancement. Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology and propose innovative solutions. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business processes and achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on RPA, ideally within a comparable sector. Strong knowledge of RPA technologies and tools (e.g., UiPath). Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset. Proficient in process mapping and documentation methodologies. Solid project management skills with a history of successfully delivering RPA projects. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) is advantageous. Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate) is a plus.
