Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Tailor and enhance Power Apps, create Power Automate workflows, and generate Power BI reports to align with project specifications and organizational needs.
  • Migration Tasks: Support the transfer of data and workflows from legacy systems to the Power Platform, ensuring data accuracy and minimal operational disruption.
  • Solution Architecture: Engage with stakeholders to comprehend the current system architecture and devise solutions for integration and optimization within the Power Platform.
  • Testing and Validation: Execute comprehensive testing of developed solutions to verify they meet established specifications and function correctly. Address any issues or bugs that may arise.
  • Documentation: Produce and maintain thorough documentation for all developed solutions, encompassing design specifications, user manuals, and deployment guidelines.
  • Support and Training: Offer assistance to end-users and provide training on new applications and processes. Respond to any issues or feedback promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest features and best practices within the Power Platform. Suggest and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in crafting solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and associated technologies. Familiarity with SharePoint, SQL Server, and Azure services is advantageous.
  • Project Experience: Prior involvement in migration projects or similar large-scale implementations is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for analyzing complex systems and identifying effective solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200).
  • Experience with API integrations and custom connectors.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or SQL.
