Nesco Resource is seeking a PEGA Business Analyst:

The core responsibility of this role is to assess user requirements and devise technological solutions to address those needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 4 years in business analysis.
  • A minimum of 4 years in Use Case Development.
  • 4 years of experience specifically as a PEGA Business Analyst.
  • Extensive experience in organizations that develop and deliver software solutions.
  • Experience managing software functional requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Involvement in Agile software development practices.
  • Collaboration with users and stakeholders to identify and document software solution requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and deploying software solutions at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a bridge between Business and Technology teams, effectively translating between technical and non-technical members.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders to gather user stories and convert them into business requirements.
  • Demonstrate creativity and initiative in problem-solving.
  • Understand the overarching business vision and translate it into technological impacts and solutions.
  • Work alongside Technology teams to devise solutions that fulfill Business requirements.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Adapt to various roles as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Possess solid experience in business process modeling and change management.
  • Document requirements, functional designs, and lead test execution effectively.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to comprehend business challenges.
  • Capture functional software requirements and convert them into user stories.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers and stakeholders to facilitate backlog reviews.
  • Participate in Agile software development sprints and planning activities.
  • Assist Agile teams and processes as required.
  • Define solution acceptance criteria and support software testing efforts.
  • Publish software release notes and maintain relevant product documentation.
  • Develop and sustain training materials for solutions.
  • Integrate best practices into existing workflows.
  • Support customer success teams as needed.
  • Create wireframe designs for functional requirements.
  • Conduct training on processes and products as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Having an IT technical background is advantageous.
