Compensation:

W2 employees can expect a starting rate of $51/$60 per hour. Matrix contributes up to 72% towards health premiums and up to 60% for dental coverage. Additionally, we provide a company-sponsored 401k plan and two weeks of paid time off at your primary billable rate, even for part-time roles. Performance bonuses are also available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS-R assessments.
  • Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Supervise BHT or RBT staff in the following areas:
  • Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans as outlined by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect data during each client session.
  • Address and reduce challenging behaviors such as aggression, property destruction, and tantrums.
  • Analyze data to modify and enhance programming.
  • Support parents, teachers, and community officials.
  • Model appropriate behaviors.
  • Provide clinical support to direct care staff.
  • Implement appropriate consequences for behaviors.
  • Coordinate communication with other supporting agencies.
  • Clearly exchange information with relevant parties.
  • Complete and submit all necessary documentation, including session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans, and assessments promptly.

Qualifications:

  • BACB Certification in good standing.
  • Behavior Specialist License is mandatory.
  • Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field with at least one year of documented paid experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with a willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Preferred: One year of paid experience working with children or adolescents.

Certifications and Licenses:

  • BCBA Certification
  • Must possess one of the following licenses: BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $51/$60.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available

Staff members must undergo appropriate background checks, provide transcripts of their degrees, and obtain clearances to work directly with children and adolescents. Compliance with Medicaid and Medicare programs is required, along with completion of the National Sex Offender Registry Verification and an active Mandated Reporting Certificate.
