Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored presentations that provide value and address the specific needs of each client.
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about various insurance options.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Engage with business owners to showcase and adapt products to meet their business requirements.

Qualifications
  • Preferred 3+ years of sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations
  • Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively
  • Ability to effectively present to potential clients
  • Achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing objectives
  • Ability to connect with clients on a personal level
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must be obtained)
  • Life and Health license (must be currently held)
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
