Position Summary:

Ideal Candidate:
We seek a driven team player who is passionate about sales and customer service. A successful Sales and Front Desk Specialist is sociable, self-driven, capable of independent problem-solving, and has a love for dogs. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual eager to grow their career through our structured training program aimed at developing future Scenthound Managers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote membership sales through education on health and wellness
  • Achieve key performance metrics, including average ticket price and rebooking rates
  • Generate leads for memberships and follow up with potential clients
  • Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain customer records
  • Oversee cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling
  • Manage customer expectations, address concerns, and retain memberships
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Manager

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Confidence in selling services and products
  • Ability to engage with clients (both canine and human) and deliver exceptional service
  • Capability to learn about our offerings and communicate our values effectively
  • Strong communication skills with team members and clients (in-person and over the phone)
  • Proficient in problem-solving using Scenthound's values as a framework
