About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in either our Cincinnati, Ohio or Chicago, IL office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-respected patient engagement platform provider that has been offering innovative solutions for almost 40 years.

Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for meeting quarterly and annual sales quotas by prospecting, qualifying, and developing sales opportunities through outbound calling. The role also involves recording sales activity, maintaining accurate sales pipelines, and participating in management meetings to drive sales improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet quarterly and annual sales targetsProspect and qualify new business leadsDevelop and maintain relationships with existing customersConduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trendsParticipate in sales planning and strategy development

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of full sales cycle experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
