We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Total Synergy. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy, building strong relationships with potential customers, and contributing to the overall growth of the business globally.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. You will also conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Collaboration with marketing and customer success teams is essential to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, along with previous demonstrated success in sales, preferably in an SMB or B2B environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, are essential.
