Drive Growth in GYN Oncology Sector

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Oncology Specialist - GYN Oncology (COS-GYN) to drive the growth and success of our GYN Oncology sector.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and accounts.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of products, services, processes, and the competitive landscape.
  • Drive sales growth by acquiring new patients, enhancing user engagement, and expanding accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Territory Management: Oversee all aspects of business performance including sales activities, account acquisition, customer retention, and cross-functional initiatives.
  2. Relationship Building: Educate healthcare providers about our products and offer tailored solutions.
  3. Sales Achievement: Collaborate with internal teams to manage renewals, resolve issues, and oversee financial performance.
  4. KOL Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  5. Strategic Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals.
  6. Business Planning: Create and execute a comprehensive business plan to attract and retain clients.
  7. Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies and marketing plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Gynecologic Oncology, Medical Oncology, Surgical, Pathology, or Laboratory sales with proven results.
  • Familiarity with the GYN Oncology/Oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, financial acumen, and strong communication abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
