We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to provide exceptional support to our Executive team.

This role involves providing administrative assistance to the Executive(s), department(s) or function(s) assigned, including tasks such as typing, sorting, filing, photocopying, maintaining calendars, booking travel, submitting expense reports, and ordering supplies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Executive team
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinating events, meetings, and lunches
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in a professional administrative role
  • Excellent computer skills and data entry abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
