Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at Divine Intervention Rehabilitation LLC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executive team, ensuring the efficient and professional operation of the agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Manage payroll preparation, complete reports, and maintain records.
  • Supervise staff, make non-clinical operational decisions, and confer with the supervisor as necessary.
  • Develop recommendations, policies, and procedures to resolve operational problems.
  • Assist with policy development and documentation, employee relations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the agency in a professional manner and maintain good working relationships with staff and volunteers.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a role requiring comparable skills and supporting executive-level employees.
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent writing, reading, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent in-person, phone, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment.
  • Proven experience juggling multiple deadlines and seeing projects through to completion.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to accept and integrate feedback from others.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a discrete and professional manner.
