Louisiana Medical Management Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Assistant/Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our clinical team and executive staff, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care possible.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the executive staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
  • Assist with medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of licensed medical staff.
  • Communicate with patients about medication changes and prescription refills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical assistant program preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical assistant or executive assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
