The successful candidate will manage executive office operations, serve as the primary contact, and anticipate needs. They will also solve problems with professionalism and handle confidential matters.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with 5+ years in administrative and project management roles. You should be able to confidently interact with all levels verbally and in writing, efficiently manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Proficiency in office administration and software is essential, including Microsoft Office Suite and essential office equipment. Adaptability to new software is also required.

The Executive Assistant's responsibilities will include managing schedules and travel, coordinating the President's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements, and screening and directing phone calls, emails, and visitors.

They will also oversee office operations, maintain the President's office, manage supplies, and handle equipment maintenance. Additionally, they will assist with projects and reporting, develop and execute projects, design reports, and support marketing efforts as needed.
