Grants Management Specialist

Reports to: Director of Finance and Accounting; Senior Director of Grants Administration

Program/Location: Finance and Accounting Department

Status/Salary: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Hourly (In Person)

Position Overview: The Grants Management Specialist is essential in overseeing the administration of post-award funds and grants within the organization. This role demands exceptional analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and expertise in financial reporting and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of post-award funds and grants
  • Preparation of monthly billing and budget reports
  • Facilitation of grant closure processes
  • Development of financial reporting documentation
  • Collaboration with financial staff across various departments

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite
