  • Collaborate with finance to manage budgeting and forecasting related to workforce needs.
  • Focus on retaining top talent, emphasizing diversity and inclusion throughout our initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or related fields is preferred.
  • Proven experience in performance management and employee relations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment with flexible hours.
  • Experience in HR within the food and beverage or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
  • Labor relations experience is highly desirable.
