Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the HR authority, providing expert advice to management on employment legislation and internal policies.
- Lead the employee relations strategy, including labor contract management, performance evaluations, and grievance resolution.
- Advise management on HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Translate organizational culture into effective people solutions that resonate with our employees.
- Guide managers on compensation practices, including job assessments and salary adjustments.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and engagement initiatives.
- Analyze employee engagement data and develop actionable plans for improvement.
- Train leadership on employee management processes and oversee compliance with labor relations and policy interpretation.
- Mentor a People Specialist to enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with finance to manage budgeting and forecasting related to workforce needs.
- Focus on retaining top talent, emphasizing diversity and inclusion throughout our initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or related fields is preferred.
- Proven experience in performance management and employee relations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment with flexible hours.
- Experience in HR within the food and beverage or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
- Labor relations experience is highly desirable.
