About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People and Operations to join our team at The Allen Institute for AI. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and success through effective people management and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement people management strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to provide support and guidance to employees
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of organizational resources
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people management strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and other stakeholders
