Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Programs to drive change, foster a culture of respect, and create a sense of belonging. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping leadership development and People Program strategies, initiatives, and roadmaps that support leadership engagement, talent practices, and learning & development at the co-op.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, design, and implement equitable and effective Talent Management and Leadership Development programs and processes to achieve strategic business initiatives.
  • Apply Human Centered Design principles to create end-user centered solutions.
  • Support streamlined user experience of key people processes, including identifying and operationalizing opportunities for process improvement and evolution.
  • Lead people program workstreams focused on leadership development initiatives and coordinate programs across the people programs team.
  • Leverage deep business understanding to identify issues, diagnose root causes, provide insights, offer recommendations, and develop proactive solutions to solve pressing business objectives through a people-first lens.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, HR COEs, Employee Relations, Legal, and business leaders to help facilitate organizational changes and respond to employee feedback on people processes.
  • Embed principles of REDI into program design and delivery.
  • Evaluate people programming solutions based on the balanced mix of desirable solutions that are feasible, and viable to the business.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to understand complex problems and root causes.
  • Ability to think creatively and look outside of the HR division to stay current with leadership development and executive development practices.
  • Understanding of leadership development and executive development practices and theories as they apply to a distributed workforce.
  • Experience with Human Centered Design and its application in organizational development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
