Effy Jewelry, a family-owned and operated business, is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to drive profitable growth and innovation in the fine jewelry industry.

This key role will serve as a business partner to the Cruise Retail, HFGM, and Finance teams, providing strategic guidance, innovative insights, and decision support to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and prioritize growth drivers, leveraging deep analytical evaluation and ROI analysis.
  • Utilize computer programming skills to automate data analysis and reporting processes, and integrate data engineering abilities through IT system integration.
  • Lead the development of business performance scorecards across all departments to achieve highest company-wide growth, while building innovative pricing tactics through analytics.
  • Implement business intelligence solutions to improve operational efficiency, using Power BI and Excel to determine critical insights.
  • Apply data-driven decision making and financial modeling to operationalize initiatives from strategy to execution, with expertise in performance marketing and customer experience.
  • Establish critical metrics to track project launches, using leading and lagging indicators to provide actionable insights on improving ROI on commercial strategies.
  • Support key partner relationships critical to revenue progression, including cruise lines, strategic partners, retail vendors, and brand relationships for future development through retail unit economics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the cruise industry or retail sector is a plus.
