Position: Cosmetic Concierge

In the role of Cosmetic Concierge at AboutSkin Dermatology and DermSurgery, you will play a vital part in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and advocating for our diverse range of cosmetic offerings. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, overseeing lead generation, and supporting the overall operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify leads from multiple channels
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of services and products to prospective clients
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
  • Stay informed about beauty trends and product information
  • Develop strong relationships with customers
  • Assist in promotional events and activities
  • Process sales transactions and update client profiles
  • Work alongside team members to improve customer satisfaction
  • Gather customer feedback to refine service offerings

  • Manage patient appointment scheduling
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Fill appointment slots from the cancellation list
  • Follow up on leads and respond to customer inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers
  • Ensure patient satisfaction and address any conflicts
  • Collaborate with local businesses for mutual advantages
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Strong interest in cosmetics and beauty trends
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities
  • Basic sales skills with a desire to learn
  • Knowledge of cosmetic and skincare products

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
