EDs are consultative sales professionals driving a programmatic approach to address recruitment, retention, placement, and partnerships. You would be responsible for creating effective and innovative sales solutions that address issues and challenges facing instructors and students/apprentices to meet necessary educational and performance outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Meet/exceed performance goals expressed as % growth.
  • Employ effective selling techniques including pre-call planning, effective opening, and productive questioning strategies that lead to a close.
  • Demonstrate superb organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Manage and grow a multi-million-dollar territory comprised of post-secondary, CTE, associations, state and federal government, business, and industry clients.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge around Pearson technologies, the educational industry, and factors influencing the market environment; use promotional materials to support marketing messaging through email and social media.
  • Exhibit strong presentational skills.
  • Demonstrate teamwork through sharing best practices and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Implement company initiatives into sales territory - Maintain positive relations with clients, Pearson Partners, and Pearson Authors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of outstanding sales experience in Education/EdTech or related industry.
  • Proven success in consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • High aptitude and enthusiasm for the end-to-end sales process.
  • Experience in managing a variety of learning solutions across a diverse portfolio.
  • Proven experience networking with and influencing decision-makers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communicator.
  • Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.
