Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to introduce CEO's and CPA firms in various markets to alliantgroup. This is a highly visible role that works closely with our Sales Directors and other key executives across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Create new business through organized lead qualification and prospecting to increase alliantgroup's market penetration.
  • Develop and execute a value-centric sales approach to establish highly profitable, strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and qualify prospects, create call plans, and track progress in Salesforce.
  • Conduct daily outbound sales calls, schedule and hold sales appointments, and obtain needed information to generate presentations and create value-centric sales pitches.
Qualifications
  • 4-year degree
  • 3 years of professional B2B, consultative sales experience (Tax-related industry experience not required)
  • Good work tenure/no job hopping
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing 50+ calls per day
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners
  • Dynamic personality with the ability to build amazing relationships
  • Unparalleled drive, resilience, and sense of urgency
  • A high performer that is driven by feedback and investment from leadership to grow personally, professionally, and financially
  • Openness to travel 30-70% of the time (frequency varies depending on the time of the year and region)
