About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Financial Strategist to enhance our financial operations and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence key financial decisions and drive strategic initiatives within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various departments to formulate and uphold the organization's financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all financial projections.
  • Perform comprehensive financial assessments, including variance and trend analyses, to provide actionable insights into financial performance and highlight areas for potential improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed financial performance presentations to senior management and stakeholders, encompassing key performance indicators (KPIs) and other significant financial metrics.
  • Track actual financial outcomes against established budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and collaborating with department leaders to address any discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning, investment evaluations, and other critical business initiatives.
  • Examine costs, expenditures, and revenue patterns to pinpoint opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Analyze cost data to identify drivers, variances, and trends that will inform decision-making processes.
  • Provide cross-functional financial support in areas such as contract negotiations, rebate assessments, profit management, and pricing strategy implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Commercial Finance.
  • An MBA is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, ideally within a manufacturing or production context.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
