Entegris is in search of a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Materials Solutions division. This division is responsible for developing and manufacturing specialized products that enhance device performance and accelerate yield time. These products are crucial for our clients striving for yield optimization and long-term device reliability. The Senior Financial Analyst will be instrumental in analyzing financial data, preparing insightful reports, and delivering analytics to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the monthly forecasting, annual operating plan, and long-term strategic planning processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure precision and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Perform thorough analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and capital investments. Identify trends, variances, and areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, summarizing key insights and offering actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain intricate financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning.
  • Exhibit a high proficiency in financial systems, focusing on enhancing efficiencies and automating reporting processes.
  • Support the quarterly portfolio review process by developing comprehensive analytics related to return on investments and new product business cases.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the financial health and performance of the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including accounting, operations, sales, and marketing, to gather data, validate assumptions, and facilitate decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Strong financial modeling skills; ability to create and maintain complex models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; capacity to leverage analytics for business insights.
  • Effective communication skills; ability to clearly summarize and convey financial analysis to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
  • Proactive, forward-thinking, and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in financial analysis, ideally in a corporate finance or FP&A role with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a complex global manufacturing setting.
