We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide support for the Materials Solutions division. This division is responsible for developing and manufacturing specialized products that enhance device performance and expedite yield times. These products are vital for our clients in their pursuit of yield optimization and long-term reliability. The Senior Financial Analyst will be instrumental in evaluating financial data, generating insightful reports, and delivering analytics to facilitate informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the monthly forecasting, annual operating plan, and long-term strategic planning processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure precision and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Perform thorough analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and capital investments. Identify trends, variances, and areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, summarizing key insights and offering actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain intricate financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning processes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in financial systems, focusing on enhancing efficiencies and automating reporting processes.
  • Support the quarterly portfolio review process by providing detailed analytics related to return on investments and new product business cases.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the financial health and performance of the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including accounting, operations, sales, and marketing, to gather data, validate assumptions, and support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Strong financial modeling skills; capable of developing and maintaining complex models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; adept at utilizing analytics to derive business insights.
  • Effective communication skills; able to summarize and clearly convey financial analyses to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
  • Proactive, forward-thinking, and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate finance or FP&A role with 3+ years of experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems (SAP preferred), Power BI, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a complex global manufacturing environment.
