This department ensures that our retail divisions and executive management receive the necessary assistance to maintain a successful operation.
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Hybrid work environment available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a bridge between the National Operations Committee and Finance teams.
• Collaborate with various departments such as Buying, Supply Chain, and Operations to address business inquiries through analytical methods.
• Act as a subject matter expert by delivering comprehensive business and technical analyses tailored to the needs of the National Operations Committee.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Notify management of recurring challenges or the need for additional team training.
• Analyze operational and financial key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist management with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc analyses.
• Lead intricate analyses for the operations team, producing actionable insights.
• Define and spearhead business improvement initiatives based on data collection, ensuring the creation of necessary project deliverables.
• Investigate and elucidate current and historical operational activities, anticipated sales and margin trends, and the potential impact of changes, supporting findings with data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain high data integrity and address any discrepancies proactively.
• Transform the needs of the National Operations Committee into effective data visualizations.
• Develop and apply various data modeling techniques for new reporting and initiatives.
• Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with key stakeholders across different functions.
• Aid in the training and development of team members to foster a motivated and professional workforce.
• Collaborate with colleagues and relay pertinent information to leadership.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of documents and data within the scope of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Alternatively, a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with data modeling, extraction, analytics, and visualization tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
• Work may be performed in an office or remote setting, utilizing a computer and office equipment as necessary.
• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move between areas.
• Frequent use of keyboard and mouse is required.
• Occasionally required to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
Travel:
• Some international and domestic travel may be required.
