Remote Regional Sales Manager/Business Development Opportunity

A family-owned and operated steel fabricator with a strong presence in the Eastern United States is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead their regional sales efforts in the North East. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and estimating for structural steel fabricators, with a strong network of contacts throughout the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed annual sales targets of $25 million
  • Negotiate scopes and contracts with clients, leveraging expertise in pricing structural steel work
  • Maintain excellent relationships with major national and regional contractors and erection subcontractors

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and estimating for a structural steel fabricator
  • Strong understanding of the steel industry and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
