About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Sales Manager to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets within the digital advertising and retail media sector
  • Exceed sales goals for yourself and your team
  • Define and own account plans to unlock investments and lead client's performance metrics
  • Collaborate with teammates and partners from multiple departments to complete operational projects
  • Develop account plans, summarize market-related data, leading client analysis and defining the business approach to Sam's Club MAP success with digitally focused businesses
  • Prospect organizations to influence executive and daily contacts to accomplish account plan
  • Manage forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning
  • Partner with product teams and multiple segments to deliver collected and consolidated information that prioritizes customer requests
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, and sales, advertising, or related area
  • 5-7 years of experience in shopper marketing sales, e-commerce sales, retail ad sales, search, or related area
  • 5+ years of experience managing client accounts
  • 3+ years' experience as a strategic advisor working with C-Level clients
  • Experience reaching and exceeding revenue/business targets
  • Experience with high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
  • Strong financial acumen with forecasting
  • Operational rigor (SFDC pipeline, call reports, account planning, etc.)
  • Interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with executive suite
What We Offer

At Sam's Club, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000.00-$186,000.00, depending on location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, financial benefits, and paid time off. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
