  • Manage your assigned territory daily to secure new accounts and exceed rental revenue objectives through visits to client locations.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve established targets.
  • Promote cross-selling initiatives in partnership with existing sales teams.
  • Engage directly in sales for critical segments and formulate sales strategies.
  • Identify customer requirements and collaborate with operations to fulfill them.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to optimize pricing strategies.
  • Enhance product and service offerings to expand the customer base.
  • Deliver informative presentations to key stakeholders and educate them about equipment options.
  • Oversee the launch and maintenance of new services for clients.

Professional Experience

Experience in the equipment rental sector and/or within the pump, power, and climate control industries is highly regarded. Additionally, strong computer skills for data management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, active listening, and reliability are crucial.

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation Overview

The position offers an annual salary of $40,000, complemented by a commission structure and a company vehicle.
