Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Territory Managers to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in the commercial waste sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the sale of commercial waste disposal and recycling solutions to a diverse range of clients, including retail establishments, dining venues, corporate offices, hospitality businesses, and industrial facilities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various methods, including direct outreach, telemarketing, participation in business networks, and leveraging technology for lead generation.
- Utilize our Salesforce-based CRM system, ARES, to build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking prospects from initial contact through to successful closure.
- Act as the primary liaison for an established portfolio of clients, fostering relationships to enhance revenue, execute service agreements, and address any pricing or service inquiries.
- Collaborate with operational teams to refine sales strategies and improve account management through regular interaction with supervisors and drivers.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to meet client needs, resolve issues, and implement company initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers an uncapped commission structure with the potential to exceed $100K in earnings. Top performers will be recognized annually with exclusive trips as part of the Chairman's Club. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in our innovative "Win-Win Equity Program," allowing you to earn equity ownership based on your contributions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the solid waste industry.
- Experience in the commercial sector within the NYC market is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, along with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
