Position Overview:

Genesis Global Group is a leading provider in the field of medical diagnostics, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions through advanced molecular analysis techniques. Our expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of testing services, including Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) methodologies, aimed at diagnosing various chronic and infectious diseases.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our sales team as a Regional Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships within a defined territory. Your primary objective will be to achieve a target of 2000 specimens processed monthly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve defined sales and profitability targets for your assigned territory.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding revenue from existing clients.
  • Surpass annual sales goals by effectively presenting new testing services and exploring additional revenue streams.
  • Craft and deliver tailored sales presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing how our services can enhance patient care.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular visits and consultations.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and manage all aspects of territory operations.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on sales activities, account plans, and territory management.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to address client concerns and develop strategies for client retention.
  • Work closely with management to align territory development with company objectives.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities within your territory.
  • Educate clients on our services, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions between clients and our laboratory.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or a minimum of two years of sales experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High levels of energy, motivation, and integrity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, email, and internet navigation.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area and occasionally nationwide.
